Terms of Service

LawLedger | Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Service

LawLedger is jointly operated by Jatin Sood and Rishab Sood as individuals. It helps legal professionals organize cases, public court information, hearings, reminders, and personal drafting material. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service.

2. Not legal advice or an official court record

LawLedger is an independent private organizational tool. It does not provide legal advice and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any court, tribunal, or government authority. Court information may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Always verify deadlines, listings, orders, and case status at the relevant public court portal, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, or the relevant official court website.

3. Practice Radar, notifications and alerts

Practice Radar and related searches may identify potential matters from supported public court sources. Results are not automatically added, may be incomplete, and are not a confirmed professional association. You choose what to add and must independently verify every result. Notifications and alerts are convenience features; delivery, timeliness and accuracy are not guaranteed.

4. Your account and content

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your account, and all activity performed through it. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful material or information you are not authorized to process.

5. Acceptable use

You must not abuse court-data services, bypass limits, interfere with the app, probe other accounts, automate unauthorized access, or use LawLedger for unlawful activity.

6. Payments

Displayed plan price, duration, and limits apply at purchase. When web checkout is available, payments are processed by Razorpay. When an in-app Android purchase is available, it is processed through Google Play Billing. A purchase is available only when its checkout is shown in the app. Existing entitlements may be used across supported platforms. For billing issues or refund requests, contact us using the address below; Google Play purchases may also be managed through Google Play. Refunds are handled under applicable law and the payment channel's rules.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep LawLedger reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of third-party court data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawLedger is not liable for professional decisions, missed appearances, deadlines, or losses caused by reliance on the app.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms the service. You can delete your account from Settings.

9. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date.

10. Intellectual property

The operators and their licensors retain rights in LawLedger's software, design and original content. You retain rights in the material you provide. Public court records and other third-party material remain subject to their respective owners' rights. You may use generated drafts for your professional work, subject to your own review and any applicable third-party rights.

11. Contact and complaints

For service questions, payment issues, refund requests, or complaints, email support.lawyerunfiltered@gmail.com. Jatin Sood is the complaints contact.
